Your puppy will come with paperwork giving dates & products used for their health prior to leaving, which includes:
-Current dewormings
-Preventative Rx against Giardia
Being in the country it is common despite not showing signs, so we preventatively treat with Metronidazole or Albon.
-Vaccines given appropriate to age.
I give first vaccines to entire litters at 10 weeks of age, if a puppy leaves between 8-10 weeks of age they will be given their first vaccine prior to going home. First vaccine is a DPv (Distemper/Parvovirus), subsequent vaccines are a 5:1 (Distemper, Parvovirus, Adenovirus 2, Parainfluenza.) Rabies, Bordetella, Tick/Flea or other meds determined by location and your veterinarian are the responsibility of the new owner. *It is the right and responsibility of the Breeder to treat any puppy, weather reserved or not, in the best interest of the puppy's health to uphold the highest health for each puppy as well as all puppies as a whole in our breeding program.
